Our student workshops were a huge success!

We will have 2 weeks of workshops for children ages 5-14 at the gallery this summer.

                         Week 1 is June 10 – 13 Monday – Thursday from 9-11.  Week 2 is June 17-20 Monday – 9-11. 
       The workshops will be different in subject matter but similar procedures.   The first 2 days will be drawing and the second 2 days will be painting.  The cost is $40 per student with a discount of $10 if a student signs up for both weeks. Colleen Shannon is a native of Morgan City.
She resides in New Orleans where she found a continuous flow of inspiration from a combination of magnificent , the comradery of creative folks, comfort of family and friends, along with a balance of city and country life.

Quilts will be on display at the Everett Street Gallery
from July 25th thru Aug. 11th
The Rumpled Quilt Guild will be Raffling a beautiful handmade quilt.
Auction tickets will be $1.oo each or 6 for $5.00.
Money from ticket sales will be used to buy supplies for quilts
being made for local charities.

Donations of cotton batting will also be accepted
